These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Mechlio website, communications with Mechlio, RFQ review, supplier routing, and related CNC sourcing services.
Use of the website
The website may be used only for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or extract content at scale, or use the website in a manner that could impair Mechlio's systems, services, or supplier network.
RFQ submissions
RFQ information, drawings, specifications, quantities, materials, tolerances, inspection requirements, and timelines submitted to Mechlio must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and authorized for review. Mechlio may request clarification before routing an RFQ to suppliers.
Supplier participation
Supplier access to RFQs may depend on capability review, certification status, material fit, inspection capability, capacity, and confidentiality requirements. Mechlio may accept, reject, pause, or remove supplier participation at its discretion.
No guarantee of award or quote
Mechlio may assist with RFQ preparation, supplier routing, and quote coordination, but does not guarantee that any supplier will quote, accept, manufacture, deliver, or be awarded a project.
Confidentiality
Confidential files and technical information should be shared only through appropriate channels and may be subject to separate non-disclosure terms. Project-specific written agreements control where they conflict with these general terms.
